This is where the real work starts.

We build should-cost models from scratch for the parts in scope. Material, process, labor, tooling, margin — all decomposed. The gap between what you're paying and what you should be paying is the opportunity.

Depending on what we find, this can mean negotiation prep, alternate sourcing research, packaging redesigns, or a deeper engineering redesign of the hardware itself. Every engagement looks a little different here.

We do the heavy lifting.

Low lift. Deep when it needs to be.

We run as much of the work as we can in parallel to your operations. On lighter engagements, your team's time is mostly approvals and supplier intros. On deeper ones — especially where engineering redesign is involved — we'll ask for more: a standup on the calendar, data shares from your engineers, and real integration into your systems. We want it to feel low-lift, but we need enough engagement to do the work well. The deeper you let us in, the more we find.
